I am Yogeshwar, screen name of Ravi R Naik, an Indian author, screenwriter, and filmmaker known for my work in Telugu and Hindi cinema. I began my career as a writer and went on to publish several books, including Love You Cinderella, The Only Hope, The New D Street, Complete Guide of Palmistry, and the Vedic Astrology for Beginners series. ₹1,00,000: Equipment rental (basic lighting, microphone) and editing software subscriptions (DaVinci Resolve Pro for polish).

₹50,000: Actor stipends (1-2 local theater friends) and crew support (friends volunteering as camera assistants).

₹1,00,000: Actor stipends (1-2 local theater friends) and crew support (friends volunteering as camera assistants), Dubbing and D.I.

₹30,000: Minimal props (notebooks, Ganesha idol, agarbatti) and set dressing (sarees, trunks).

₹150,000: Marketing (social media ads, X posts) to reach Telugu communities on YouTube and Instagram.

Risks & Challenges

Filmmaking on a low budget is tough. Potential challenges include:

Limited Equipment: We’re relying on a smartphone and free software, which may limit visual polish. I’ll overcome this by focusing on strong storytelling and creative editing, as I did in my festival shorts.

Time Constraints: With a small volunteer crew, scheduling could delay production. I’ve planned a tight 30-day shoot, leveraging my theater experience to rehearse efficiently.

Reach: Getting the series noticed in a crowded digital space is hard. I’ll use targeted X and Instagram campaigns to engage Telugu audiences, building on my network from past projects.

My background in theater and my commitment to authentic storytelling qualify me to tackle these hurdles. I’ll keep backers updated with transparent progress reports, ensuring trust.
